February 15, 2002     Framing for the Foundation

Feburary 26, 2002     The plumbers come

March 1, 2002           Measuring the backyard (which is mostly forest)

March 5, 2002           Prepping for the pouring of the foundation (tomorrow!!) and the roof trusses arrive

March 8, 2002           Foundation is poured and some of the blocks arrive

March 15-16, 2002    Block Construction begins

March 28, 2002         Framing begins

March 29,2002          Framing Continues, roof built on side of house

March 30,2002          Crane lifts roof on top of house

April 16, 2002            Framing is finished, plumbing, HVAC and wiring work.  Roof felt installed

May 5, 2002              Shingles installed, finishing touches on electircal, HVAC and plumbing.  Insulation installed.  Ready for drywall.

May 6, 2002              Drywall arrives

May 8, 2002              Workers start hanging the drywall

May 10, 2002            Drywall is done, and workers start to tape the joints

May 17, 2002            "Texturing" applied to walls

May 20, 2002            Molding Installed

May 22, 2002 Insided painted our "custom" ($$) color, and a view of the cul-de-sac

May 27, 2002            House is painted on outside and the tile is installed

June 1, 2002              Garage door, mitered glass and shelving installed

June 7, 2002              After some heavy rains, there seems to be some substantial erosion

June 8, 2002              Master bath coming along, driveway poured, water stains in bonus room from broken window, and "unknown" hole in ceiling

June 11, 2002            Cabinets installed - Spice Cherry in kitchen, Bordeaux Cherry in Master Bath and Natural Maple in hall and pool baths

June 12, 2002            Bird with a fish in a tree above our house.  Should have had the tele lens!!!!

June 21, 2002            Suppose to close a week from now?!?!?!  Kitchen coming together, wiring and lighting finished, central vac

June 25-26, 2002       Lots of stuff going on.  Finishing up the house, landscaping, sod installed, and huge crack on lanai. Lots of pics.

July 1, 2002               House is very near completed, except for the drainage/run-off issues

July 2, 2002               Screening installed on lanai, some of the grass ends up in the creek from run-off

July 3, 2002               Pulling up the sod to install matting on the back and to re-grade the soil from all of the run-off

August 9, 2002           Building the retainig wall

August 17, 2002         Finished the wall and re-graded and re-installed sod

August 20, 2002 Installed the gutter system that takes the water under-ground into the creek
